When I started with SoChac, I was looking to build an ideal physique, with a 6 pack. I was committed to quitting if I didn’t achieve my goal quickly. After 1 year, I realized I don’t need the perfect aesthetic, I love being, looking and feeling strong.
With the guidance of Coach Amanda, I’ve moved away from Keto and am now eating well balanced nutrition with a focus on protein intake. It’s amazing what consistent fitness and proper nutrition can do!
At just over 1 year with SoChac, I gained 10 lbs of muscle, lost 10% body fat, and lost a total of 11.3 lbs in weight! I also recently PR’d my Austin 1/2 marathon time. I believe my biggest accomplishment and something I am most proud of is the change in my mentality.
