Heather CrossFit Coach


Owner / Coach

Heather Tuley is the head trainer and owner of CrossFit SoChac. She is a world ranked CrossFit masters competitor with 10 years of personal training experience. Heather pursued coaching because she passionately believes in the life-changing benefits of health and fitness. Her goal as a coach is to inspire individuals to overcome limitations and to build a training environment that help them reach their full potential.


Owner / Coach

Tim Tuley has passion to keep people moving and thinks CrossFit provides that healthy foundation. Carrying an animated personality he brings high energy and positivity to any class. You’ll often find Tim outdoors mountain biking, skateboarding, snowboarding or camping with his family. He is a person who is always on the move and when he found CrossFit in 2013, he knew its philosophy fit into his lifestyle and goals.


Head Coach / Nutritionist

Amanda Elizondo has been an active CrossFitter for over seven years. After spending many years running and working out in globo gyms, she found CrossFit as a way to gain strength while still maintaining strong conditioning. Amanda is a Level 3 CrossFit Coach, Precision Nutrition Level 1 and WAG Nutrition certified. She is passionate about the benefits of CrossFit: Building mental strength with a positive, growth-mindset as well as the physical strength and functional movements that carry into everyday life. As a public education teacher for 15 years she finds true joy in teaching and helping others.


CrossFit / CF Kids / Nutritionist

Sandra Dávila has been part of the Crossfit community for over 5 years now. She is a CrossFit Level 2 trainer, Certified CrossFit Kids trainer, and a Certified Nutrition Coach. She believes that everyone can benefit from this type of functional fitness at any age. Sandra is passionate about helping others find strength and movement in themselves. When not at the gym, you can usually find Sandra exploring all the fun things Austin has to offer with her husband and two kids.
Josh Osorio


CrossFit / Weightlifting Coach

Josh Osorio has been CrossFitting since 2011 and began coaching in 2014. He is a CrossFit Level 2 and USAW Level 1 certified coach. His drive as a trainer comes from his passion for helping others. Coach Josh strongly believes proper form and safety are the key components during training to improve strength and longevity.
Jenn CrossFit Coach


Weightlifting Coach

Jenn Cochran started in bootcamps, found CrossFit in 2011 and has never turned back. She is CrossFit L2 and USAW L2 certified. Jenn has been in the coaching field since 2013 and coaches weightlifting for CrossFit Sochac. She has trained all levels of individuals and is passionate about improving their form and mobility to train longer and lift more efficiently.
Coach Larry


CrossFit / Weightlifting Coach

Larry Thomas has been CrossFitting since 2012 and pursued his love of coaching in 2019. His favorite part about being a coach is all the amazing friendships he has made and the lives he has impacted. Larry is CrossFit Level 2 and USAW Level 1 certified. When not at the gym, you can find him running on Austin trails.


Athlete Relations / CF Kids Coach

Lauren Tuley has been doing CrossFit for over 9 years. She is passionate about supporting the community and helping athletes feel comfortable while on their fitness journey. Outside of CrossFit, she enjoys camping, reading, art, volunteer work and spending time with her two daughters.

I love this place! The community is welcoming and so are the coaches. Besides being welcoming, all of the coaches are super knowledgeable and willing to help any athlete that walks through the door.


I'm not a gym or CrossFit person, but a friend recently invited me to join him for a morning workout with Heather at CrossFit SoChac. If you're like me -- more sedentary than you used to be (or want to be) -- I'd highly recommend you give these guys a try.


I started CrossFit 3 months ago & have been loving it! SoChac is such a community and I always feel welcomed and motivated during my workouts. The coaches are amazing and I appreciate them fine tuning workouts for my skill set & also pushing me in areas they know I’m ready for. It’s been a great ease into it and has helped me learn my baseline. Overall, I have lost 11 lbs so far & I am seeing my max out strength increase week to week. Excited to keep it going & reach my goals!
