Lady Bird Ultra Marathon

The 50 mile effort was tough, especially the last 10 miles. However I’m way less sore than I expected to be and walking well…I definitely credit all the squats, deadlifts, and core work from CrossFit for keeping my body strong and helping me run a steady race. Finishing time 11:49:07

The race experience was unlike anything I have ever done before- challenging me in so many ways physically and mentally, but also providing me opportunities to enjoy and appreciate the people and nature around me.
