Coach Larry

With over 5 years of experience training athletes ages 8–18, Coach Larry specializes in building strength, speed, and agility for long-term athletic development.

Head Coach, SAQ Program – 3+ years leading Strength, Agility & Quickness training for all competitive teams at a major volleyball club.

Performance Coach – 2 years coaching middle and high school athletes, including Westlake wrestling/baseball and Bowie football offseason programs.

Personal Trainer – 5 years training youth athletes with lasting client relationships and proven performance results.

Education – NCSF Strength & Conditioning certification

Is the class only offered on Sundays?

Yes! The class runs only on Sundays. However, personal training is available throughout the week to better fit your schedule.

What ages is this class for?

The class is designed for ages 9–15. If your child falls outside of this range, personal training is available for younger or older athletes.

What sports does this class focus on?

This class builds a foundation of overall athleticism that benefits all sports. If your athlete has sport-specific goals or areas of weakness, personal training is the best way to tailor the work to those needs.

Does my child need to be on a sports team to join?

Not at all! While this class supports developing youth athletes, any child who wants to improve strength, speed, and coordination is welcome.

Does this class include weightlifting?

Yes – the class includes age-appropriate weightlifting, taught with a focus on technique, safety, and building confidence.
