Over the past two years at SoChac, Zack has lost 20 pounds and 9% body fat, but his success goes far beyond the numbers.
When Zack and his wife first joined our community, they had just moved to Texas and were expecting their first child. Fast forward to today, and Zack is balancing a demanding career, frequent travel, family life, and preparing to welcome their second baby, all while continuing to prioritize his health.

🥗 When he's home, he keeps nutrition simple by eating meals he knows support both his goals and his family's lifestyle. That consistency gives him flexibility when work takes him on the road.
🏋️ If he can't make it to the gym, he goes for a run instead.
🏅 And to keep challenging himself, Zack signs up for local competitions.
Recently, all that hard work paid off when he PR'd his clean & jerk by 30 pounds, setting the top lift of the day at a local competition!
