The Youth Sports Performance Training program at CrossFit SoChac is a complete strength and conditioning program for young athletes in Austin, TX. We focus on proper movement mechanics, explosive plyometrics, and strength development to improve overall athletic performance and reduce injury risk. With Level 1 and Level 2 classes and an 8:1 athlete-to-coach ratio, your child receives personalized attention from expert coaches.
