The HYROX program at CrossFit SoChac is designed for anyone looking to build endurance, strength, and overall fitness through the sport of HYROX.  Whether you're preparing for your first race, chasing a personal best, or simply looking for a new fitness challenge, this class combines running and functional fitness in a knowledgeable, structured, supportive environment.


Each class includes a mix of running and HYROX-specific or complimentary movements: such as sled pushes, sled pulls, rowing, SkiErg, carries, lunges, and wall balls. Workouts are scalable for all fitness levels, making this program a great fit for both experienced athletes and those brand new to HYROX.


Most importantly, you'll train in our supportive community with knowledgeable coaches. You'll be challenged, encouraged, and coached every step of the way. Whether your goal is to compete, improve your conditioning, or try something new, HYROX is a great way to build real-world fitness and have fun doing it.
