Coach Larry is an experienced fitness coach.  Throughout his coaching and athletic journey, Larry has expanded his knowledge beyond just CrossFit, exploring and integrating a variety of training methodologies like Olympic lifting, functional training, endurance sports, and sport specific training. 


Coach Larry  prides himself on a deep knowledge of fitness and training, ensuring that every class is based on proven techniques that work. Larry is known for his welcoming  attitude and  good vibes— mixing  hard work, camaraderie, and fun!
